To burglarize or not to burglarize ?

Imagine if you will, a burglar, intent on committing a crime starts to case gas station / convenience stores. On one side of the street he see’s the following sign in the window.

FirearmsWelcome3x4

Now on the other side of the street he see’s this sign!

No-Guns

Which do you think he will rob?

Just plain fed up

I am just fed up. Tired of just about everything. Almost to the breaking point before I explode.

Sorry, could care less what color, race, gender, age group, sexual preference you are. If you dress like a tramp, slut, trash, then there is not much I can do but think of you as such. If you want respect then you need to project respect. Pull up your damned pants, put your ball cap on straight. I think I am going to got to Walmart just so I can add more photo’s to People Of  Walmart.

Stay away from my arms. These are protected natural rights.

No-Guns

To establishments who advertise with the above sign, don’t expect my patronage. I would feel unsafe in your business  or establishment because all you are doing is letting the folks who could give a crap about the law an open invitation to rob your place.

If you want to be a homosexual, trans gender, bi, cross dresser that is your damned business. But I ask you to PLEASE stop trying to pass it off as pure and or natural. It is not.

Man + Woman = Children

Penis + Vagina = Children

These are what sexual differences were NATURALLY made for. It IS that simple.

This land is your land this land is my land? Or is it? Our Federal Government obviously doesn’t think so. Just google search land grabs and Agenda 21 or the Bundy Ranch or Colorado or Texas or taxation on your property which makes you a tenant and NOT an owner. You are just renting it.

Done with my vent for the moment. More later.

Response to a quote from Senator Diane Feinstein

Diane Feinstein thinks we, vet’s, are mentally ill and should not be allowed to own a gun, well we think you are mentally ill and should not be able to hold office.

Yes there is still a use for newsgroups. While things like REDDIT and FB have made them almost unknown I still find useful info in them.

Rambling 3/6/13

Guilty.

Guilty.

Guilty.

This is what and how the super elite want you to feel.

Guilty.

Guilty for everything you have. Guilty for how much you consume. Guilty for everything you don’t have. Guilty for being white. Guilty for being black.

They want you to feel guilty if you have more than the next person, they want you to feel guilty for having less than someone else. They want you to feel guilty for the impact you have on your surroundings.

They will tug at your heartstrings with propaganda, pseudo-science, advertising and more. All to try to make you feel guilty.

If you are always feeling as  if you are on a guilt trip, then you give your power over to them. And this is want they want. Control. They do not want you to be free. If you are free then they have no power or control over you.

Please note I did not mention republicans, or democrats here. If you follow the pyramid from bottom to the top you will see it all goes from us at the bottom up towards those powerful few at the top. A pyramid has a left side, and a right side, but they all lead up to a single point at the top.

Well, to them I say this. Innocent until proven guilty!

Yes, what ever happened to that thought. One of our very countries founding beliefs! Is that not a novel idea?

When you start to wake up and realize who the real culprits are. You will find that the only thing stopping you from getting to a point you want to be at is yourself. When you realize it is you that has the power, it is you that has the control nothing can stop you.

Stop feeling guilty!

Whiskey Joe’s

One ramble I have been wanting to do is about my experience at Whiskey Joe’s.

First and foremost I met a lot of great people there. But, being jet lagged and a little drunk after a beer (Yes I am a lightweight) nothing could compare to what happened when I was standing in the food line.

I had just gotten to the plates when Dr. Paul walked in. Now I am a 44 year old man but I felt like a kid walking into a candy store being told I could grab whatever I wanted. Giddy would accurately describe it. Here I was, only 4 feet away from a man who had literally woken me from my slumber.  It took EVERY single ounce of restraint not to walk over and bother him. You could tell he was a bit tired, and his lovely wife was with him. So, biting my tongue I waited politely until he was seated and then went and piled my plate. I however could not resist to snap a few photo’s of him after I reached the end of the food line.

Later that evening I was able to get a photo of myself with him. WOW. Was having a hard time not crying.

No other single man has effected me in this way.

My Ramblings the 23rd of November

Well my fellow Libertarians, allow me to first wish all of you a belated Happy Thanksgiving. I apologize for the extended absence of any new ramblings.

My relocation from Guam to Illinois has gone relativity smooth. Now living in the belly of the beast and like Jonah, I am sure I will be regurgitated out by many in the establishment here.

5. A widely used and accepted device or technique, as in drama, literature, or painting: the theatrical convention of the aside.

cor·o·na·tion (kôr-nshn, kr-)
n.
The act or ceremony of crowning a sovereign or the sovereign’s consort.

I figured the best way to start of todays blog was to define two terms, convention and coronation. Two weeks ago I attended the Republican National Convention as a delegate at large for the island of Guam. One thing became VERY clear to me right off the bat. They misnamed the event. It should have been called the Republican National Coronation. That is exactly what took place. The GOP with balloons 2 inches above my head crowned Mitt Romney as the parties “choice” to run against Barack Obama for the 2012 presidential election sham.

Now, you may ask, am I being harsh?

Let us take a look at some interesting tidbits of the events that took place.

Cancellation of Day one due to weather. Well, Day one was supposed to not be heavily televised as it was supposed to be mainly floor business like delegates taking actual votes for the parties platform, rules, credentials and such. Understandably, some caution was given to Tropical Storm Isaac. The party decided to “play cautious” and canceled day one activities and instead move them to day two.

Day two. Well, we were informed to wait in the lobby for busing to the convention at around 11:00 AM with the convention starting at 2:00 PM. Buses showed up finally around 1:30 PM with us arriving to the convention almost one and a half hours late. When I arrived on the floor they were just starting to hold the vote on the new rules.

You may want to watch this video.

After the vote, I turned to my fellow delegates and two of them quickly agreed with me that something fishy had just taken place.

I really would love to get my viewers opinion on this one, but to me, right at this moment, it became painfully clear to me that even as a duly elected delegate, I had no more voice in America. All other things that took place in this election cycle aside, to me The Republic of The United States of America had died.

I had no voice, no say, no vote.

The Grand Old Party, with all of its great leaders and not so great leaders, the party that freed the black Americans from slavery, and pulled America through a tough time in its early history; the party that gave us Ronald Reagan, had been completely been taken over by power greedy bankers, political interests and corrupt politicians.

Now, the next vote that came to the floor was the platform vote. There was no doubt that it was passed as only a smattering of no’s were heard on it.

Now here is the big thing to me, taking a look at the parties platform, there is the typical Mittflop. One thing comes out of the mouth then another. How can the GOP purport to be the most constitutionally adherent party and pull the shit off  that they did?

{Now a brief moment of brevity look for the section about Guam}

The remaining two days of the convention were all speeches and sign waving and such glorifying how the GOP was unified (NOT) behind Mitt Romney and such.

I still need some more time to digest everything that happened those three days so I will probably have more to say. Stay tuned.

Quick Rambling for Monday July 30

$23,763,658,629.

Yes, as of the moment I am writing, the US Federal government and States have spent approximately $23,763,658,629 THIS YEAR on the War on Drugs.

No wonder we are broke. Just think, if this money would have been spent on the agricultural use of hemp, programs to assist folks who have real problems with abuse instead of incarceration, blah blah blah… The list goes on on hundreds of other things we could be doing with $23,763,658,629 instead of fighting this WAR.

When will you wake up America? What is it going to take?

Ramblings July 23 2012

While I am well read and educated I have never been very good at getting my thoughts down on paper and tend to just rattle off what is currently in my head. I pray I have the ability to touch some people the way the writings of our great countries founding fathers like Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and Thomas Paine to name a few have touched me.

When I was in High School I flunked American history and had to take summer school remedial to graduate. I failed because I never saw at that time any need to know history and I was lazy. Today, I think I could give my history teacher a run for his money on American history. How wrong I was in not wanting to learn about history because it has so much to teach us.

There has been a fundamental shift in many Americans belief system these days.

This shift is a belief that America is a Federal Government controlling every aspect of their lives.

America is supposed to be so far away from that but that is quickly what it is becoming.

So now for a small history lesson, or should I say a reminder of what the USA is SUPPOSED to be.

America was created by a group of men who didn’t like how they were being treated by a entity called Great Britain. These men felt in their hearts and minds that all men were creatures of a great creator and that this creator had given every man inalienable rights. These rights being life, liberty, and the ability for each man to pursue their own happiness. So, to this end they gathered and argued and shouted and even in some cases held duels and hashed out a document called the Constitution. Then, after yet once again trying to solve their grievances peacefully writing King George they declared the US a Sovereign nation through the Declaration of Independence.

Now this constitution was created so that 13 existing colonies could each incorporate themselves into sovereign states, and a central government was created to hash out disputes between these states, and to take, as a nation of sovereign states,  a unified voice towards other nations when it came to treaties and trade.

This Constitution and its subsequent amendments which we have come to know as the Bill of Rights, enumerated to this federalized government what powers it would have to govern.

Please refer at any time during this rambling towards this link if you have any questions about what powers the federal government should have.

Oh, and finally before I get started on the rest of my rambling please remember Article IV, section 4 GUARANTEES a REPUBLICAN form of government.

Republic
republic n 1 : a government having a chief of state who is not a monarch and is usually a president; also : a nation or other political unit having such a government 2 : a government in which supreme power is held by the citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by elected officers and representatives governing according to law; also : a nation or other political unit having such a form of government

America is NOT a Democracy. America is a Republic, defined by enumerated powers of LAW laid out in our Constitution and its amendments, and governed according to that law.

So, now that I have given a VERY brief history lesson let me get on to what I wanted to really talk about.

Health care. Every man woman and child is entitled to life according to the declaration and protected by the constitution. So now we have the federal government DICTATING to the American people how much they will spend, when and where they can get health care and from who they can get it from, and if you don’t do what the federal government says well then you will be taxed as per Justice Roberts. Uh, didn’t we fight a war to liberate ourselves from over taxation by a tyrannical state?

How can ANYONE in their right mind think that a federal government which already waists TRILLIONS of YOUR MONEY can run a program to improve your health? They have already shown they can’t run a postal system, or a system to save money for retirement (Social Security) and they waist billions of dollars already on food stamps and welfare. Do you REALLY think they can do better with health care? Why did they allow for hiring up to 16,500 new IRS “Enforcers”?

If the federal government really wanted to improve health care why not set aside enough funding to create 10,000 new doctors and nurses? Why not set aside money to build a few hundred new well equipped hospitals for all these new doctors and nurses?

Now these new hospitals would need staff also correct? Janitors, cashiers, clerks, candy stripes to name just a few.

All these hospitals would need tons of equipment. New machines and gadgets to scan and probe? Toiletries and paper towels.

Think about the teachers that are needed. The tradesman required.

So now not only have you lessened the burden on the overtaxed medical system, you have created new jobs which means more people now have money.

And doctors, remember doctors have taken an OATH.

This oath says they can not turn anyone away. So you ask well how can they get paid? There will always be some poor and unfortunate souls who probably could not afford the treatment they receive. This is where two things could be taken into consideration. The first is charity.  Charitable contributions from organizations and churches can cover a large portion of this. And secondly, those who could not afford it could be delegated to some sort of civil community services after they are healed to repay from the states coffers what they have used. And lastly, those companies which profit most should be delegated to return some of their wealth as taxation towards the states coffers.

Dr. Ron Paul, who was a practicing OB-GYN wrote in his book The Revolution, A Manifest “In the days before Medicare and Medicaid, the poor and elderly were admitted to hospitals at the same rate they are now, and received good care. Before those programs came into existence, every physician understood that he or she had a responsibility towards the less fortunate and free medical care was the norm. Hardly anyone is aware of this today, since it doesn’t fit into the typical, by the script story of government rescuing us from a predatory private sector.”

Now please understand, I am not completely against health care reform. Not by any means. Nor am I 100% against some sort of mandate to purchase insurance of some sort or another. And there are even some good ideas in the health care act which I think should be written into law. However the Obama Care act in its entirety was not written to benefit the poor and weak. It was written to protect the rich and powerful corporate pharmaceuticals,  insurance providers and lobbying conglomerates. I am against the Federalization of our health care system. It is not a mandate of the Federal government to control this aspect of our lives. Allow each sovereign state to solve its health care problems. Allow the free market to solve the health care problems.

I leave you today with this thought:

I SWEAR in the presence of the Almighty and before my family, my teachers and my peers that according to my ability and judgment I will keep this Oath and Stipulation.

TO RECKON all who have taught me this art equally dear to me as my parents and in the same spirit and dedication to impart a knowledge of the art of medicine to others. I will continue with diligence to keep abreast of advances in medicine. I will treat without exception all who seek my ministrations, so long as the treatment of others is not compromised thereby, and I will seek the counsel of particularly skilled physicians where indicated for the benefit of my patient.

I WILL FOLLOW that method of treatment which according to my ability and judgment, I consider for the benefit of my patient and abstain from whatever is harmful or mischievous. I will neither prescribe nor administer a lethal dose of medicine to any patient even if asked nor counsel any such thing nor perform the utmost respect for every human life from fertilization to natural death and reject abortion that deliberately takes a unique human life.

WITH PURITY, HOLINESS AND BENEFICENCE I will pass my life and practice my art. Except for the prudent correction of an imminent danger, I will neither treat any patient nor carry out any research on any human being without the valid informed consent of the subject or the appropriate legal protector thereof, understanding that research must have as its purpose the furtherance of the health of that individual. Into whatever patient setting I enter, I will go for the benefit of the sick and will abstain from every voluntary act of mischief or corruption and further from the seduction of any patient.

WHATEVER IN CONNECTION with my professional practice or not in connection with it I may see or hear in the lives of my patients which ought not be spoken abroad, I will not divulge, reckoning that all such should be kept secret.

WHILE I CONTINUE to keep this Oath unviolated may it be granted to me to enjoy life and the practice of the art and science of medicine with the blessing of the Almighty and respected by my peers and society, but should I trespass and violate this Oath, may the reverse by my lot.

Ps…

I am also asking for assistance in recuperating some of my costs for the upcoming Tampa trip. I was elected as a Delegate to the RNC in Tampa and it is a very expensive trip and would be grateful  for any assistance .
